The law committee (explained in more detail here)
The Law Committee is an alliance of members from the different alignments elected by popular vote that organize and set the law system. Everyone is free to submit an application and the citizens have the right to demand a referendum if they do not agree with a law. Nothing can be done without a consensus.

The Police Force
(Primary location Prima's Quadrant.)
It's an organism independent from the Law Committee and is a non-partisan, a-political organization. It accepts members from any faction and specie as long as they pass a psychological evaluation and physical test. All this is decided by the players ooc-ly, no need to actually do it on the game but you can use if for a plat/post for your chars if you want!
Please take in consideration that certain chars, due to their credentials and story might not be approved as members of the Police Force, since Blurr is the one who takes the final decision. As example, Overlord might try to get in the Police Force like everybody else but his application would be turned down due to his criminal record.
